3. How to Report Copyright Infringement

4. DMCA Takedown Notice Requirements
To be effective, a DMCA takedown notice must include:

- ✓Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location
- ✓Contact information of the complaining party

Warning: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us containing:

- •Identification of the material that was removed and its former location
- •A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
- •Your name, address, and telephone number
- •Consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal district court
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not notify us of legal action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed material.
6. Repeat Infringers Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Picditt has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
